MORE TIME TO GIVE for HAITI – a Third Container has been donated!
Two containers have been filled already, thanks to our generous and caring community here in Bermuda. A donor has made a third container available to us, so we are once again preparing to receive donations in BOXES LABELLED WITH NAME OF DONOR AND CONTENTS. We must be mindful of being safe during these covid times, so will not be publishing the container location. We will notify all those who contact us by email to dianabermuda@icloud.com of a day/time to drop off items in labelled boxes. The container needs to be delivered to the location for receiving donations.
Volunteers are needed next week Sept 27-Oct 2 (and possibly this weekend) between 11 am and 6:30 pm to assist with receiving the boxes and putting them into the container. If you are able to help for an hour or two within that time frame during the weekend or on weekdays , please contact Linda Rego by text or call 536-3613. Linda will create a roster and it is only then that we will contact donors of boxed items with dropoff day/times. We will need to load some bulkier equipment and palattes first, so please do not try to pop by with any boxes until you are asked to do so. We really appreciate everyone keeping this process and everyone involved safe. What you can do now is start filling your boxes! Thank you so much!
COST OF SENDING THREE CONTAINERS will be between $20,000 and $30,000. Monetary donations towards this cost invited and greatly appreciated.

Items that are much needed at Feed My Lambs Ministry orphanage and school in Haiti include: non-perishable foods such as bagged fruit/nut mixtures, rice, dried beans, grains, dried fruit. Also medical items such as tylenol, ibuprofen, iron and multi-vitamin supplements (chewies too for the little ones), toiletries like toothpaste, shampoo, soaps. Facecloths, bedding that is clean and in good condition. Gardening tools and implements, plywood and windows.
Below are some photos of staff and students preparing for school, painting etc., and children at the orphanage and at school. These were taken just last week. We are so grateful that they are all well and happy, and have you, our supporters, to thank for these blessings!
